EMS Instructor

Emergency Medical System (EMS) Instructor Course provides an introduction to a broad span of educational theory that is dependent on brain-based learning and evidence-based practices for all levels of experience as an EMS educator. This course represents the instructional and practical application of the educational methods for EMS educators as specified on the EMS Rules for Lead Instructors in over 40 States. Designed and developed based on the DOT/NHTSA 2002 National Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors and the National Education Standards, this course will equip upcoming EMS instructors with the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully instruct first responders
