BLS

This course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to learn how to perform proper CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings. Participants of this course are trained to immediately recognize life-threatening emergencies, give proper chest compressions, deliver appropriate and effective ventilations, and provide early use of an automated external defibrillator. Contents of this course are based on the science and education from the American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care.
