No-Refund Policy (Texas)
IMPORTANT: By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions of Elite Medical Training Solutions’ No-Refund Policy, in compliance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Elite Medical Training Solutions (EMTS) provides specialized Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Basic, EMT Advanced, and Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) courses. In order to secure enrollment and manage the operational costs associated with these programs, we incur significant expenses upfront. As a result, the following no-refund policy applies to all course enrollments:
- Payment Responsibility:

Upon enrolling in any course with EMTS, you are agreeing to pay the full course fee, regardless of your completion or success in the program. Failure to attend or complete the course does not absolve you of your financial responsibility.

If you choose to enroll using our payment plan, a deposit is required to secure your place in the course. You are still responsible for completing all payments under the plan, even if you do not finish the course.
- Refund Eligibility:

You may request a full refund of the course fee up until 11:59 PM the day before the first day of class. After the first day of class, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

All fees, including administrative costs, materials, and tuition, are non-refundable after the refund eligibility window closes.
- Payment Methods:

EMTS accepts all major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. By proceeding with any form of payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this No-Refund Policy.
- Payment Disputes:

By submitting your payment, you expressly agree that this no-refund policy applies, and any disputes filed with financial institutions regarding these charges will be resolved in line with this policy. EMTS will provide this signed and agreed-upon policy to your financial institution as proof of your acceptance and understanding of these terms.

Any chargeback or payment reversal initiated after the first day of class will be automatically denied, as per the terms of this policy.
- Case-by-Case Future Enrollment Options:

In rare cases and at the sole discretion of EMTS, students who cannot complete their course may be offered the opportunity to apply their payment toward future enrollment. This option does not constitute a refund and is handled on a case-by-case basis. EMTS is under no obligation to provide this option, and its decision is final.
- Electronic Agreement and Signature:

Under the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), by submitting your payment electronically, you are providing a legally binding electronic signature that confirms your understanding and agreement to the terms of this No-Refund Policy.

This policy is provided to all students in advance, and your acknowledgment is required before any course enrollment is confirmed.
- Dispute Resolution and Arbitration:

All disputes arising from this agreement, including payment disputes or other contractual disagreements, will be subject to arbitration or mediation in accordance with Texas law. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to pursue legal action in a court of law, except for the enforcement of an arbitration award.

Arbitration will be conducted in Hidalgo, Texas.
- Venue and Jurisdiction:

Any legal disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas, in compliance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Acknowledgment of Terms:
By completing your payment and enrolling in any course with EMTS, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this No-Refund Policy. This policy is legally binding and enforced under the laws of the State of Texas.
